Evonne Sepsis, Managing Director

Evonne Sepsis has spent the last 18 years in the healthcare sector and has been involved in raising over
$3.5 billion for life sciences companies. In 2009, Ms. Sepsis founded ESC Advisors, a boutique investment
bank focusing on emerging growth and mid-cap biotech, specialty pharma and diagnostic companies.
The focus of ESC is on private placements, M&A advisory work, and product partnering opportunities.  
She and her team have advised companies on buyside and sellside assignments, and have been hired to
conduct strategic overviews with both specialty pharma and biotech companies.

Before founding ESC Advisors, Ms. Sepsis headed up healthcare investment banking at Susquehanna
Financial Group; and was a Managing Director at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. Ms. Sepsis started her investment
banking career at Salomon Brothers and prior to business school she worked at APM, a healthcare consulting
firm.  Ms. Sepsis is a member of Northwestern’s Council of 100 and is part of the Industry Advisory Group of
the Michael J. Fox Foundation. She received her MBA from Yale and her Bachelor's degree from Northwestern.
